60 Days Mattress Comfort Guarantee
Mattress Plus will happily exchange your original mattress purchased for $699.99 or more within 60 days for a mattress of greater or equal value. A 30-day minimum trail is required before an exchange. Only the mattress will be exchanged. To qualify, the mattress must be in new condition; any stain, marks or damage automatically voids the comfort guarantee. A 35% restocking and mandatory delivery fee will be charged for the exchange. Comfort guarantee does not apply to, the replacement mattress, special order sizes including Twin XL, Full XL, California King and custom size mattresses. Replacement mattress will be priced at the current marked price and not eligible four our Price Match Guarantee.
All Sales Are Final- All the Items Are Special Orders
Personal use items including pillows, bed sheets, and mattress protectors are not returnable. Mattress and foundations are not returnable. NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED/FINALIZED, NO EXCEPTIONS. For Special orders it may take 10-14 Weeks for delivery or pick up due to the current supply and delivery constraints *excluding Saturdays and Sundays for delivery or pickup of your new order.
FURNITURE DIMENSIONS Furniture sizes and dimensions are issued by MP suppliers and vary from vendor to vendor. They are provided as a service to Customer, and are approximations which should be verified independently by Customer. The measurements provided by Mattress Plus are either case width or outer most corners of the pieces. Customer(s) assumes all risk regarding determinations of furniture size and fit. MP disclaims all representations provided and shall not be liable for any errors in information provided. In the event shall a mistake in size or fit A CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A 35% restocking fee without any exception. These terms are non-Negotiable.
Manufacture's Warranties
All warranties are that of the manufacture and cover defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period. The manufacture will solely make the determination whether there is a warrantable defect and authorize service or exchange (no refunds) at their discretion. Mattress Plus Things does not have the authority to override or circumvent the manufactures decision. A delivery fee will be charged to have the product delivered.
Special Orders, Closeouts, and Floor Models
Mattress Plus is happy to accept special orders on your behalf. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before order is placed. Once placed no changes or cancelations can be accepted. All special order, closeout, and floor model sales are final. Comfort guarantees do not apply. Factory warranties may apply.
Layaway Policy
No refunds after 5days. After 5 days the customer will receive a store credit only. Layaway is for 90 days but can be longer if account is current and active.
If You Choose To Pick Up Your Merchandise Yourself
Assistance in loading and securing goods to your vehicle is available upon request. Customer assumes all the responsibility for securing the merchandise in or on the vehicle, safe transport, and unloading of the goods. Any damage to the product, vehicle or home, arising from this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Professional home delivery is available for a fee. If this transaction is through Synchrony Financial ,Snap or Easy pay Finance , the customer has been given the opportunity to review/explained all the terms and agrees that no returns or refunds on this Transaction. No charge backs will be allowed. The sale is FINAL. By receiving this document it serves as the original receipt with the original terms as explained in the store, on the phone, email or text and this agreement is not negotiable.
